- Why Is It Necessary to Provide Your Personal Data?

- Newsletter
Within the website, there is an option to subscribe to the Newsletter. For this purpose, you are required to provide your email address. By providing this data, you consent to receive commercial information solely from the Controller. Via electronic communication (email), we inform you about new blog posts, offers of virtual products, training sessions, or promotions in the online store.

- Comments
It is possible to add comments to posts published on the blog. To add a comment, you must provide at least a username, which will be associated with the comment, and an email address. The username may consist of an abstract name or personal data such as your first and last name. Providing these data is voluntary but necessary to add a comment. The comment system can be used by both registered users and guests.
Any comment, along with the data made public through the comment system settings, will be visible on the blog. You may delete or modify your comment at any time.

e) The personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU law or the law of the Member State to which the Controller is subject;
f) The personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
- Restriction of Processing – You may request the Controller to restrict the processing of your personal data if:
a) You contest the accuracy of your personal data – for a period that allows the Controller to verify the accuracy of such data;
b) The processing is unlawful, and you object to the deletion of the data, requesting instead a restriction on their use;
c) The Controller no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims;
d) You have objected to the processing in connection with the right to object and automated decision-making – until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the Controller override your objection.
- Data Portability – You may request the Controller to transfer the data provided to us to another organization or request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Withdrawal of Consent – You may withdraw the consent given for the processing of your personal data at any time.
- Objection – You may object to the processing of your personal data by the Controller for direct marketing purposes or in any other situation provided by law by notifying your objections.
- How Can You File a Complaint?
You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, namely the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

We will store your data for the period necessary for the purposes mentioned above, or for the period required by law.
